Holiday Inn Cochin, an IHG Hotel

It was a quick visit and fair price. Staffs are generally good and the location is excellent.

Excellent Spread for breakfast but was very busy due to the holiday season. The hotel otherwise is very good in all aspects - just believe it was short staffed to handle the peak volume of customers during the holiday season while we were there . While we were leaving the attending Manager and staff realized we had a long travel back home and were very kind enough to organize some food for the journey for the kids completely complimentary - which was very thoughtful.

The first experience that just blows you away is the wonderful people of the property. Smiling, well trained, professional. That was the best part. All requests from the room were taken care in minutes. It was so comfortable to receive the follow up call after each request is fulfilled. Other hospitality brands should learn from this property. My first Holiday Inn experience was awesome. Check-in and Check out was done so swiftly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn with our young family, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Traveling with young children can be challenging, and I was particularly concerned about getting around the city. However, the hotel took care of all our transportation needs seamlessly, which made our stay so much more relaxed. The food spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and kids alike. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the menu, ensuring that everyone found something they loved. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. A special mention goes to Girieesh, who was proactive in asking for feedback and swift in addressing minor feedback I provided on the first day. Thanks to him, our requests were resolved quickly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was arranging activities or simply checking in on us, they made us feel truly welcomed.

Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the staff Gokul provide us with exceptional service , he really made the score for holiday inn go up! the room was clean.
